I assumed the OP was talking about the money being added to your phone bill. Like purchases for games and music used to be charge 10 years ago.

See, I thought the OP meant credit from our pre-paid plans? Like I have $600 of call credit I can use in my plan, but only ever use about $400 a month. Would be awesome if I could use the forfeited $200 on donuts! (t' ain't never gonna happen!)
