Multiple times per day player. Visit ALL neighbors almost every day. I just did a small purge this morning (8-10), but plan on more tomorrow as well. So if I don't accept you right away, you'll still be on the list. Level 40, but have only been playing since mid February, so my town isn't as awesome as many I've seen, but since this happened the other day, expect much more detail to come:
