What are you 14? Come on, they sent us 2 or 3 msg yesterday on the site and facebook to say they know about the problem and that they are sorry, working on it and will release an update TODAY. What do you need? a personally adressed letter with 700 donuts??

    Geez people, keep calm.

Back down again in the UK.

On the plus side, getting a full refund from Apple. Apple unfortunately will not take on board the complaint about the poor reliability of the game and referred me to EA, which is fair enough from Apple's view point.

Don't know wither to waste my time or not trying to get through to EA as it took them 3 weeks the last time I opened a ticket about the game crashing every 10 secs.

In that 3 week period I managed to fix that bug by deleting one of my friends.

Hey there fellow early morning Aussie! 4:58 here. Did the airport drive this morning, didn't work before I left and when I arrived.

The waiting game sucks! let's play hungry hungry hippos.

It's not okay for the app store's #3 top real money-earning app to have 80% down time and limited functionality for a week straight, and the developer posting some generic "we're working on it" announcement on Twitter or FaceBook does not make up for that utter failure. The initial download may be free, but this is the app that was the top grossing earner for months and probably wouldn't have dropped to #3 if it weren't for these issues.

Allot of people are spending allot of real money on this game, yet EA doesn't sufficiently test their updates before they release them to make sure they'll actually work. Yes, every software release comes with a few bugs, but this app won't even run more than half the time, and when it does run several key features are inaccessible or cause it to disconnect. That's not the same as a few bugs, that's a complete failure.

EA is a company that makes some fantastic software, and Tapped Out is an embarrassment to their record, period. They are raking in cash hand over fist selling this product, yet can't get it to run properly for over a week.

The right thing to do at this point is to give everyone a significant restitution and revert to a release that actually works until they can spend enough of those millions they've earned from this venture to develop an update that actually runs.

Been trying to "sneak in" all morning, unsuccessfully. Now Origin is telling me that I've tried to log in too many times, try again later.

**** EA. Maybe I've tried to log in a couple of times because your servers are screwy?!

I've got nowhere near that, all this downtime is FREAKING frustrating. I'll not likely be able to get everything because of it.
