Requesting Opinions on Dewey Largo and the Lotto 'n Liquor

I am considering a purchase to raise my Consumerism rating. Dewey Largo and the Lotto 'n Liquor are one of my options. Are they worth it, in the opinion of those of you who have purchased them? Or would I be better off getting a couple cheap buildings like the Springfield Pet Shop and the Aztec theatre? Dewey Largo never really had a major role on the show, he's more of a background character than anything. So, I'm kind of neutral about him. Are he and the store worth 150 donuts? Does he raise your Consumerism rating much? I appreciate any information/opinions on them. Thanks.
