The 14,000 emblem award is still blacked out for me even though I already earned it

Same boat as you I am afraid.

If ya look in the bugs & Issues section, quite a few people are having the same issue - either with the first proze or the mr burns one.

I have a feeling that the glitch is gonna stop us from earning anymore prizes, as the game doesn't think it has gioven us the pool, even though it has, so it won't progress to the next prize til that one is awarded. Fingers crossed I am wrong but I think we may be up the creek atm.

I contacted EA and we shall see if they manage to get anything sorted before the end of the event

yeah this is a big issue with the reward system and switching devices.. they put up preventitive measures to keep ppl from earning double rewards by switching devices, and its caused some bugs with it in general..

I think they didnt realize that ppl play on multiple devices daily.

Mine did this as well. I found when I went to Krustyland or visit neighbors it would show back up. It didn't impact me going on to the next prize.

I faced the same glitch too, but now the glitch is gone... And there are a second Money Pool in my inventory!!!

But it doesn't allow me to place the 2nd money pool in my town... Sigh!

Yeah, I did use 2 devices to play Tapped out yesterday, had to use me tablet as me phone had died (excessive TSTO ftw).

I didn't know that you could get multiple rewards for using multiple devices, hopefully they can figure out a quick fix as it is the data on their end which has been glitched. Fingers crossed

keep collecting emblems while EA works on solving the glitch. just in case the next prize (or all of them) are still available, you don't fall behind.

Thanks! I visited some neighbours and tapped a few buildings and it seemed to have fixed the problem.

I had the Money Pool bug yesterday and visiting a few neighbors fixed it for me as well. I had to wait a few hours til my neighbors reset. Even though the next prize didn't show up in the list I was still able to collect emblems via tasks and visits, so I didn't lose any emblems. It was only a minor annoyance.
