Have you ever asked a mod to sticky any of these threads? Not by just making a post, but by sending an email or PM to one of the listed mods? There's a list of mods at the bottom of the forum if you click where it says "Forum Leaders". Instead of trying to control something you have no control of, maybe you can reach out to the powers that be. They might not respond to every beck and call, but could be worth a shot.
