based on your statement and list of For Sure Buying items, it seems that you are into building and designing. you list 3 large buildings that you are for sure buying - Duff brewery (with Duffman), Stadium and Coliseum. with that said, i think you should buy the All Seeing Eye pyramid.

Agreed. I would go with the Alien but it looks like the Pyramid is more up the OP's alley.

Id go with the eye. Once you hit max levels, generating money is less a concern than design aesthetic. Also -the abandoned store is super cheap.

To answer your question, I prefer buildings. I'm not a designing genius, far from it, but I like having different buildings to build up my town. However, I have been running out of space since earlier this year so I welcome new characters. I loveeeee events and totally love this one but my face fell a bit at the size of the buildings.. but I managed it! Honestly don't know what I'll do with the last emblem prize...

And I agree, I think 30 donuts for a building is a good deal.

A lot of people like but IMO it's kinda lame it has no cool animations like the pyramid. It is limited time though and it may never be offered again.

Yeah, it doesn't really stand out. I really love the Stonecutter event though, so I wanted a good part of my town devoted to it. The Store was just a part of it, for me.

The abandoned store is a great value at 30 donuts, I even bought one for my freemium account with earned donuts. I think it looks good next to the fudge factory, kind of like a company outlet store gone bad.

I would go with the pyramid over number 51, but I am definitely more of a design player than a farmer. That said I bought both.

I love spending time designing my town then tearing it down and doing it again. However, to answer your question, I think it is better to purchase as many of the Stonecutters characters as you can. The all seeing eye gives you 45 emblems every 8 hours which is beneficial drying the event. When the event is over it will produce cash. Number 51 can be sent on various Stonecutter tasks and will always produce money. It is totally your preference but that is what I would do.

Another idea would be to buy both and save up more donuts for a building that you know is not limited time, duff brewery or stadium.

I went with the Eye myself...Before the event I was saving up for the Duff Party Liner, but figured the eye may go away after the event and it looks pretty cool...I never really considered spending doughnuts on characters or character skins...

I liked the All-Seeing Eye building. Great look, but I'm short on land and I had to get rid of part of my neighborhood just to accommodate the SC lodge, daycare, and abandoned building. So I went with the little alien guy. Good character and I liked his storyline a lot. But you can't lose with either choice. Great event!

Can you do without the backyard brewery? Looking at your list you might get more in the long run out of Moleman or another character than the brewery, which is only a .5% multiplier...but I can't blame you one bit for getting it to make a nice setup in a wooded area 8)

After thinking about it, I'd rather not buy any limited item at this event and save the 100 donuts for something more substantial/regular, or wait for something nicer. A pyramid, or an alien versus any regular item seems like an easy choice. I think the price for these items are pretty high, just because they're limited. I'd rather buy something I like.
