this is the future site of my Itchy and Scratchy Studios. i usually keep my designs simple. so i'm just using the Easter fences and gate to surround the studio, i hope it turns out nice.
Holy crap where am i gonna put that behemoth? Guess i better get a head start on clearing room. Thanks for posting so i couild compare to ah fudge. Mine is going in the industrial area too
All my designs look unfinished because i can't place as many plants, streetlights, and fences as i would like. PLEASE REMOVE THE LIMIT, EA!
Heres my basic layout for now, im sure i will change quite abit once its finished building.. especially with that rear entrance I wanna do something with that
Here's mine, saw in a couple of the awesome pics on here that I forgot about my Poochie balloon (blasphemy!), I'll have to throw that back there too. And I like how the new billboard looks in all of these, I might have to spring for that now. :-o

I swapped out the Easter fencing and gate for the black wrought iron fence to give the authentic look from the show. However I didn't like the look, swapped it back out for the Easter fencing and gate. Then my OCD noticed that the studio's front doors didn't line up with the gate, so I had to enlarge the perimeter to line up the doors and gate. So eventually the studio took up most of my block. (I was hoping to put KBBL next door, but will have to find another space for it. Instead I put parking lot on the remaining space.)

hello and welcome to the Forums!
very nice design btw, that works quite well imho
I thought having the pet cemetery nearby was fitting, for some reason
I see the grumple has a new job as security :P
I like it! I like it a lot! A nice little film/studio area. The bloodmobile next to the Film Set cracked me up though. Nice job!

I'll probably do some tinkering. Any thoughts?
