It's game has the potential..and is..a really good game, just a shame it has quite a few problems...
Then again, I would say, we are sat here playing it for free....we can't really complain all that much, it's better than not having the game attall !!
But then the problems with people that have ctually spent money on the game...just isnt acceptable...
The fact that people have purchased donuts...had them vanish, and not got any help..
It's a shame, and you think a company as big as them would be abit more professional about it, in all aspect of a game, instead of just some

How many coins does Santas Village generate? 25 every 24 hours, add that to all the types of houses and the three characters and the tree. They probably assumed that we would all rush to get Santa Homer. Instead we went the other route that they clearly didn't consider. We all added 100 friends, myself included. I went from 3 to 100 as did my son.
This update forced those of us who were playing on our to join into the social aspect of it. Just take a look at Facebook. Every time they post anything, the post is flooded with 2.5K comments within a couple of hours and every single one of them starts and ends with "add me".
I understand why the server crashed (I have a Bachelors in Computer Science but I'm not an IT person...exactly lol....) what I don't understand is a programmer not having the foresight to be able to follow this to it's logical conclusion and see what the end result would be.
Thousands of friends added....BOOM goes the server....then again, google the company and see that there are tons of negative reviews for the past few years regarding the Origin server. So, this is nothing new.
