I used mine to create a Drive In Theatre. Usually have McBain there with his 24 hour task to make it look more like a movie is playing. Should add some parking meters to make speakers......

I love the film set. I have it across the street from Krustylu. It's surrounded by concrete wall with chain link gate. When McBain is shooting, the gate is opened and yellow sawhorses are placed to block off surrounding streets to keep the noise down. When he's not, the gate closes, and the sawhorses are removed. I also have the Devil Donuts trailer in there for "craft services".

I've seen towns where people make a drive in. I wonder if this film set could be placed so it looks like the playing film?

I put mine on the beachfront so they could film Normandy style beach landings it's also conveniently next door to McBains mansion shortening his drive to work but redesigns have offered me the opportunity to make a studio area like others have shown/described and I'm seriously close to pulling the trigger on that redesign.

The film set seems like a back lot sort of design. B-movie stuff.

I have the set, but have been lazy about organizing my town for a while.

My ultimate plan is to put the film set behind the Krusty studio, actually using it as a back lot, with the I and S studio nearby, perhaps with walls surrounding the grouping, like a Hollywood studio.
