That's exactly it. People will round down to $19 instead of up to $20. You'd be surprised how many people buy something at 9.99 but if it's $10 it's too much.

I know I really hope they put the prices back to normal because the way the prices are a $20 iTunes card only gives me 132 donuts but if the prices are normal I would get 300 donuts
