Possible bug?

I passed 28k emblems last night while visiting neighbors and got the notification the next three skins were unlocked. Upon returning to my town, no new notifcation came up for the quests for them. When I went to look and switch the characters skins over, they weren't an option to switch over to. I decided to go to the overall characters page where it shows you all of the characters (which you have and don't have) and it says the ones for those three haven't been unlocked even though I passed 28k... I've closed out the app and reopened it and that still didn't work. I don't know what else to do.

Check your inventory. They should be in your inventory. Once you collect them from your inventory the character checklist should show them as being collected, as well as being able to switch their costumes to the Stonecutters outfits and do the Stonecutters quests.

This was also a glitch with another prize. Tsto addicts have a troubleshooting post about it.
