Smithers disappeared

Have been reading a bit about this. There are some posts around. Apparently he vanishes after you do a money fight task.
Just pop your Burns Manor into your inventory and take it out again and this seems to be the resolve.

The one problem I can help fix. :-)

Store the Burns Manor and then replace it. That should free him up. This is a common problem...you'd think EA would've fixed it by now.

ya, the storing and replacing always help, I sometimes do that to end a task quickly when I need a character to start the next quest line, you would lost the time you have invested in that task but it is someones worth it

the bigger problem is when characters are not associated with a building! I have my Lisa gone missing through Halloween and it was an absolute nightmare..... it took her weeks to come back and what EA had done is to tell me that 'I am not alone'..... and since then, I am always dubious about characters that does not come with a building, especially premium ones

Ahh what a nightmare. I am a constant building storer to free up a character for a task kind too. You have a fair point. Now WHen I get a premium character without a building, I'll keep an eye on them.
