Annoying auto-login

When you leave the game, don't tap the home button in the middle. Tap the back button on the left. When you do, it will ask you if you want to exit. Tap yes. When you open the game it will take you to the opening screen where you can log out. This will work from either Springfield or Krustyland.

Actually that's exactly what I do but it still automatically loads the last town logged in. Wonder if I should try reinstalling.

I'd start logging out when you exit the game if this is an issue for you. All my devices do the same thing.

It shouldn't be necessary, but you might also try tapping the button on the right. It will bring up a list of your recently used apps. Swipe the TSTO app up off the screen, then open it again and see if you get the start screen instead of going directly to Springfield.

While TSTO has had more than it's fair share of glitches, for this issue, I would be more inclined to look to the OS. The difference in behavior could be a result of some changes that your device maker did, or you may have a different version of Android.
