I wouldnt.. but thats just cause I already spent 120 on the Rocket Car and Lampwick.. I cant see spending another 250 for his house. I have him setup with a brown house and a bench and its legit as heck! xD

Do you want it really badly? Is it anywhere near the top of your list? If so, you should get it while you can. If not, you should get whatever is at the top of your list.

Nah, I don't have to have it and I've got all premium things I want except that Asia Cuba restaurant. Honestly mostly I still but my weekly tickets just to have donuts for things that come up.

If you're not longing for the gold mansion, I'd save up for Asia de Cuba instead. For me, it's whatever I'm dying to have, not whatever's limited time.

I wouldn't buy it. It's expensive, it's probably that high in price because it was so highly asked for by the players and EA knew people would buy it. Gamble that it comes back, it's the kind of item that will make another appearance.

And yes I think I am gonna pass on the mansion. I've got almost 300 donuts so I might buy the Asia thing and just save the rest for the next event.

It's a nice looking building, gives a task to Wolfcastle but is a little pricy and big...but it can look great if you have the space on the boardwalk

It's tempting. Plus at 150 donuts it's not the most expensive I've ever seen :-/

I bought the gold mansion, but honestly wish I hadn't! It's not that impressive and it's way too expensive!
