Issue with new update

Your post should actually have been done in Bugs and Issues. See up one level.

I play on a SGT3-10.1. I've only had the back to level 1 thing happen once to me. I had to reinstall. After that, it was back to where I had been.

I suggest hard closing the app, however you do that on your device. If you are lucky then you'll get the splash screen with a login ability, and after login be back to where you were. Otherwise, reinstall. And if that doesn't work I suppose you need to contact EA.

Just a note is that you shouldn't uninsatall to update. Since its a Kindle, go to the Amazon app store app, find it and update there. Better yet, go to settings, apps, then to TSTO. Force stop it, and that will help to pull the in-game updates a bit quicker.

Sorry that I don't know how to fix the other problem.

just play the tutorial till you can login and login and it's solved

The Amazon store is notoriously behind the times. Reinstalling is often the fastest way to get updates. When all I had was a kindle, I had to reinstall all the bloody time.

Force close it then open it back up, it should prompt you to login/etc..

had this happen once or twice after a big update a while back.
