Issue with Update to end Stonecutter Event

same happened to me on android device.

bought some new stuff, installed update then not enough free space. uninstalled data then went back to game to download update again only to find myself at level 1.

A couple people mentioned having to play until being able to reach the Origin Login, but a few people were against doing this. Anyone have any advice about this??? Again any help would be appreciated.

Same thing happening to me on an iPad. This is so annoying that it happens whenever an event ends.

Force close the game. Open to the start screen. Log out. Log in. If that doesn't work, there are other steps to try in the Common Issues sticky near the top of this forum.
