For those who've been playing a long while...has anyone worked out the schedule of events?

In terms of what we can expect the next major event that we know of is Halloween. But I think we'll get something during the summer. (We have to see if we get an event or KL/Squiport expansion) I really hope we get the Chili Cook Off next month. I haven't heard anything about a donut producing building :?

There have been several discussions about how this might work ... with the consensus being that Lard Lad producing a couple of donuts per week might be something EA could consider. These discussions were, as far as I know, generated entirely by the players on no evidence from EA that they were even thinking about it.

Given that Lard Lad costs over 100 donuts to purchase, you wouldn't even be making a profit on the deal for around a year.

What I do like is that EA now seems more ready to give players free donuts as part of the events (loads in the Stonecutters event once emblems were maximised and (I think) 7 more from the 4th July update) and with the random drops from neighbour visits once Friend Points have been maximised.

The pattern seems to be an event/expansion of some kind every second month. So, having just had an event in April and June, the next one should be during August, (could be anything) and then the Halloween event during October.

Last year, August had the Krustyland expansion. This year, who knows?

Yeah, we usually have a large update every other month, with a small event/episode tie-in in between.
December 13- Christmas
January
February 14- *. Valentine's Day
March
April 14- Easter
May
June 14- Stonecutter's
July
August 14- ??
September
October 14- Halloween

I have the official documents of every update planned signed and sealed by EA.

I hope so to which is a possibility of us getting something since no one expected an event last month and I haven't either I've only seen people mention that they'd like to see it

If it goes along the pattern of last year, we're due something nowish. Maybe a level update tomorrow.

The weird decision to hold Rex and Lincoln back until the eleventh has thrown me though, maybe theyve got something planned for that.

It's just so they can extend the next update by another week. There won't be one this week, it'll be next week. Either a level update, or something different.
