Freezing etc

What is going on with this game. For over 3-4 months i had no problems, but since the lateest update.
The game freezes while playing, donuts are being used, when i have not used them.
And when i start the game, i get Bart come up, but when i hit retry, nothing happens. I have to wait for the game to do something.
Getting to the stage, where i will stop playing.
Also why can't we pay for donuts using our mobile phone.
