I really don't care who to tell. If apple cannot support your game well you should not put it online and take legal actions against them. If your gonna answer like a kid and blame apple well don't. I have never complained till this day. Love the game ,I'm trying to built a nice city for my 5 yo nephew but someone should assume responsibility for this mess.

I don't even know who you are. Why are you speaking on behalf of ea ?keep hiding behind a computer screen. Maybe I'll pay a visit to ea in montreal in Place Ville Marie tomorrow or just post their address on here.

The point is, no one from EA is here. No one reads or uses this board but users of the game. We cannot help you, other than to suggest that you ask Apple for a refund, which has worked for other unhappy users.

It's working now. If you're having access issues try resetting your device and launching the app again.

I like the game but I'm fed up of always restarting it cause it freezes. I think that's normal. I have been patient but I have had enough
