I have some questions for those that have nuked their Springfield

Those characters in KL get stored too.
I haven't heard of anyone losing anyone/thing.

A few additions, judging from what I've seen in a neighbour's Springfield who has obviously used his nuclear option:
There are a bunch of items you can't store (Simpsons House, Squidport Entrance, KL Bus Stop); these (and only these) will not be affected by nuking your town. Also, Homer and Lisa will not go to storage.

Finally, I doubt Princess Penelope will be affected if she is in Krustyland, as the building associated with her is a KL building. Not sure what happens if she is in Springfield, though.

I have another question:

If you use the nuke option in KL does it also wipe your Springfield?

I really want to nuke and redo my KL but I love my Springfield and I'd be devastated if it disappeared when nuking KL.

There's like 5 prompts asking if you're sure so it's impossible to accidentally nuke your town


Now that I think about it, is it possible to nuke your town more than once? I don't recall seeing the nuke option ever since I did mine
