just a note: when you build the house, the skin doesnt come immediatly, you need to do part 1 of the quest and THEN it unlocks

Isn't the Yard Sale for cool brown house & cool Homer over by now?

I got mine from the The Day the Earth Stood Cool event, so not too sure about the limited-time yard sale.

Well, the yard sale was scheduled until August 4th, and it's July 26th, so I think it's still going.
