3D designs

I have created both an upward 3D design (for the temple above) and a downward 3D design (for Mr Burn's Fruit-Bat-Man Skylight)... Kinda cool isn't it? 8)

Next, I created an underground drainage by merging the bridges from 4 corners. I added an island within the drainage and store all the melted X'mas snowman, out of sight, out of mind, lol. These underground drainage matches my downward 3D bushes very well, a beautiful landscaping for my town.

In addition to bushes, wooden and picket fences are great to create an enclosed 3D effect for vertical structure.

In my carnival below, I created a burning shrub tower entrance with these fences.

The outdoor big-screen TV at the park is a simple 3D design using fences, an object in the middle, and different flooring color. Due to space constraint, mine is merely a simple 3D design just for illustration.

I have seen some neighbors, who have more land to spare, created a much largest 3D TV, with an animated object in the middle (eg: Homer doing his stunt on the Whacking Day practice snakes).

    Nice work, emmcee1. 8)

Based on Penrose stairs, I have also created a infinity loop for the waterfall...

In the movie Kung **** Panda, temples are always located at the top of the hills... So that's exactly how my Springfield Buddhist Temple has been inspired with. 8)

And before anyone ask, that's the Buddhist Swastika, NOT the **** Hakenkreuz.

    What's with the Swastika?

EDIT: OK I missed your last sentence...still....

Awesome design and idea! Maybe that's why the patients in that hospital never get sane, watching an endless looping river.
Sadly I don't have the waterfall. I also have a penrose stairs design with a parking lot (I'm fan of MC Escher ):

Thanks, thanks looks awesome to. I like the water running behind the hospital and
Down towards the sea. Sucks we can't create canals to the beach hey? That would be cool.

You are not alone. I know many people still cannot differentiate between the Buddhist symbol which was created more than 2,000 years ago and the **** one.

To be fair, I think a big part of the identification problem is that many people use the swastika symbol as 'a Buddhist symbol', not realising that the Buddhist symbol goes left rather than right. They use the same symbol as the **** and claim it isn't the same because of the motivation but the point is if they make the mistake then it is in fact a **** symbol, regardless of origins. Though tbh, there are certainly those who deliberately make that mistake just to be provocative.

Anyway, these designs are pretty cool, I love the infinity loop river!

It's not that I don't understand it...I just think its strange to see in the game. I mean...if I put a house with a huge field with rows of bushes and had lou, dr. hibbert, mrs. hibbert, and judge snyder all hanging out in the field people would probably look at me funny no matter how it was intended.

It's your town...Honestly I don't really care if its there or not. It's just a strange choice of decor to me...

the designs are absolutely inspiring. I actually paused the tv and showed my wife a few, even though she doesn't play - or care. Unfortunately, the ****'s ruined that symbol. Because most people automatically have a negative association, it is going to appear offensive to neighbors without a corresponding explanation.

Really A+ designs though. The fruit bat and infinity pool, as well as the other posted showing the falls next to the Springfield sign, are just incredible.
