    What I would like to know is this a crash message, or a security issue one needs story about? Even changed my password, and it still occurs every once a while.

    My iPhone only. Why waste the money on a tablet when one doesn't see more, just larger.

    Yeah, happens to me often, especially if my phone or tablet suddenly run out of battery juice or get rebooted. Never was any harm at all.

    I switch between 2 devices, and that annoying pop-up message is the only consequence I've ever encountered. :)

    I don't know if it matters, but I always sync before closing the game. A little OCD maybe. But I used to get that message a lot, so that's how I got that way... It seemed to happen more when I was going between my iPhone and iPad, rarely when going between 2 iPads.

    Does anyone else sync regularly before closing? I only have one town on my devices so I never close it.

    I only play on one device. I have two towns. I sync and log out before switching towns. And I get that message every time. I've never lost anything.

    Some of these posts are making me wonder if there are two steps ... Sync and log out. I'm confused, because whenever I tap the logout button, then as the game logs off, the word "synchronizing" shows up toward the bottom of the screen image, without me doing anything else.

    I think it's a standard message now, I have a couple of accounts running on the same device, so every time I log in and out I get the message even though 'I Don't have Another Device :!: '. So long as you exit the game properly the game will sync with the server and you'll find there's no problem. If the game crashes ensure you log into to the same account on reboot. :roll:

    yeh, I dont log out, I just sync by going to the friends screen and back before swapping devices.

    I believe what happens is that the game cannot juggle multiple saves on one device. Logging out flushes the save on the device to prepare for downloading a different town. When you go back to that town, as far as the game is concerned, it is a different device because the save isn't there.

    Sounds like you are synced to me.

    I'll pay more attention next time. I may not be seeing that every time. I've gotten into the habit of syncing on any major thing in the game.

    Same here, although not sure if I have to. Don't log out, do sync. But I only play 1 SP. Husbands is on his device, so I nab it when I want to update his SP. (Boo he gave up for the summer :cry: )
