I just get freaked out when it's the middle of the night and i'm dozing off and homer speaks on my ipad notifications, scares to poop outta me sometimes!

I get them every now and again at work. my boss and I would be talking about something and Homer would say his "Better them than me." line and it always seems to fit the topic at hand

Oh yeah..... Sitting in a meeting at work, all is silent and Homer screams at the top of his voice "Hey, HEY! quit doing stuff and come play with me".

I was on the phone with my mom when Homer piped up and my mom freaked out and said 'Who do you have there, is this a new man?? What are you not telling me!!' I swore up and down that it was a game on my phone, but she refused to believe me. Yeah.....watch out Marge....i'm moving in on Homesie.

Haha! On the other hand if she keeps nagging you about dating you could always just have it going off in the background everytime you talk to her so she thinks you are!

Haha! I've never really had what you call a "perfect notification" but if it's quiet in the room and the notification goes off I find it funny.

It's a conversation starter, that's for sure. I was talking to my doctor when, out of my * pocket, Homer shouts "Better them than me!" The look on her face was kind of funny, so then I explained that I play this mobile Simpsons game...

I had a good one from the other day: whilst listening to Pandora's 60s, 70s, and 80s channel, The Drifters "Under the Boardwalk" came on. I had the phone plugged into the garage stereo while a friend and I were playing some ping pong. Mid-song, with perfect timing: " . . . Under the boardwalk, down by the sea. On a blanket with my baby, better them than me"

When that happens to me I get punched by the Mrs to turn the volume off!

If my Mrs doesn't turn off the volume her Hay Day notifications come on throughout the night. And in the dead of night there is nothing funny about hearing the loud squeal of a pig!

I play HayDay as well and had to turn off the Notifications for the reason you said The farm noises are very loud and tbh a little annoying

I had that happen- twice! First time I was awake for an hour least and the second time my cat jumped in the air and attacked my feet because of it :shock:

Last night I got a visitor notification and it woke my 3 year old up. After homer finished better go put on pants, she says no go way I sleep, then fell right back to sleep. Lol
