Usually visit friends' towns every two days (maybe every day depending on work), but at 5 attacks per visit and 3 FP taps.

I clear my town out pretty regularly and have a large house-farm so plenty of places to attack.

This year was tough. Many players just gave up and stopped playing. Other simply clustered everything into small spaces and have huge house farms. Not acceptable!

So whoever wants a veteran (October 2012) daily player of level 45, I have quite a few empty neighbour slots. Also soon I’ll clean more space from players that have turned to excessive farming.

Note that this service doesn’t work perfectly so water and cement becomes grass.

No excessive farming. Keep it your cash generator neatly at a side of your town or something!
Urban planning
Imagination/Creativity
No clustering a town with buildings and decorations just for the 5% bonus!
Playing at least 4-5 days a week
Level over 20
