It's still there, between the nuclear warhead and the ice sculpture. The menu has been rearranged so it's easy to miss things.

If it's not there then maybe try outside your museums, squidport, mansions etc. they're popular places to place it.

You could always "Nuke" your town and then check your inventory for the item

Thanks for reminding me to spend 5 million on that stupid zirconia, I had saved 10million ready for the next update but sod it, it's never coming so now I am going to splash out on the zirconia diamond.

Just have to rearrange an entire section of town to fit it in!
