I contacted EA and received the 4,000 elixir. Took about 30 minutes to get it done. If anyone contacts them, be sure to have your user ID, e-mail, and Mayhem ID ready.

I didn't get it either. I think I went through proper channels to contact EA about it just now, but I'm not positive.

What's the best way to go about it? Links would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I just did a live chat with support. They told me to contact them back in 4-5 hours when the specialist team can issue me the 4000 elixir. They are aware of the issue and are working on a fix.

Go to help.ea(dot)com. You can elect to chat or have them call you. I would advise the latter.

it gets added to your total unless you see your total beforehand you dont really notice it.

and marge gets unlocked at the start of pt 18.

you do need Marge free after pt 17 for pt 18 dialogue to start

I just unlocked mine, and definitely didn't get it.

EA's help site didn't have an option for a phone call when I looked. Only live chat and email. Here's hoping live chat isn't as impossible as I'm hearing.

I just unlocked it, and I definitely didn't get 4k of Elixir! So I'm added to the list, too.

When I contacted them a few hours ago, they said they were working on a fix. I have to contact them again in 2 hours, when their specialists are in, to get credited for the elixir.

Im willing to bet this is a weird bug ties to the only wednesdays thing. Hope it's fixed before I get there, although the rate im getting gold it's gonna be another couple days.

I haven't quite unlocked the elixir reward yet, but I'm wondering:

Are the people who aren't getting the elixir the same people who are stalled on the d20 quest? Is there anyone who had one of the bugs but not the other?
