**** Marge in storage, can't get out

Is she unlocked? If so, just click her in storage. If she's still locked, make sure you've completed the right quest. If you have completed the quest that it requires, then it sounds like a bug. Try a forced stop and restart of the game to see if that wakes it up. Otherwise, sounds like you need to submit a support ticket to EA.

She is a prize one long before her quest begins. I finally had her quest to start today, it begins after the Prince and the Premise part 17.
