Those are boardwalk fences. They should be in your build menu as long as you're a high enough level. They're not from this event.

They are definitely not boardwalk fences, they are thinner and smaller and lighter brown, they are hooked in groups of 2

i think you mean the fences that are around the area when it is building the recycle castle

those are not for purchase

when i first saw them in a town i thought they looked awesome too and wanted them to release them in the game for regular use

Do you mean the Boxingham Palace? When it is being built? I couldnt see a pic of it where it is being built but pic below of actual palace, these have tiny little fence parts when building

Thanks for trying to help, but I do not have the capabilities on my device to take screen shots or maybe just don't know how but it's not the one around the castle it's like an animal type fence, with rugged rails

Best guess is the Recycle Castle construction.

mamaog02, is it always in a rectangular shape? Or do you see the fence pieces in different designs in different towns?

Oops, missed that one.

If it's an Android from Jellybean (maybe Honeycomb as well), hit down volume and power at the same time. The screen will flash and it'll make a camera shutter sound, and save it to the Screenshots folder in your gallery. From Gingerbread and previous, I believe you need a special app to make screenshots, as well as to have your device rooted.

Oddly, I don't have even the slightest idea how to make a screenshot on iOS.

For iOS (iPad/iPhone) just press power and home button at the same time. The screen will flash white and make a shutter sound, and a screenshot will show up in your Photos.
