I'm in the same boat, it's been over a year since I played and boy do I wish I hadn't stopped, missed on many characters etc!

Starting playing again yesterday so getting back into it.

Currently there's the Clash of Clones event going on which started August 19 and ends October 8th making this the longest event ever. You can read the various threads about content

In April instead of Whacking Day we got an Easter event which was really bad to alot of people that came with Father Sean Hugs Bunny and Shary Bobbins'. Crazy Cat Lady as well

We got Levels 39,40,41,42,43

June we had the Stonecutters event with number one and skins for homer and various characters

We had a few other Gil deals
Solid gold mansion
Donut deal
Back to school deal

Make sure you log on everyday!

a lot of us just completed the last of the prizes so if you are lucky you should be done in just under two weeks- plenty of time to get everything. And unlike the past there is no real compulsion to buy donuts or spend them to get the event done so tap away!
