I started playing very late (valentine 2014) but I had some earned items turned into premiums aswell (father sean, satans anvil). I never spent a single cent on this game, just amazon coins from free promos (never ctually bought coins), ingame earned donuts and a big number of donuts from various compensations for game issues (I was locked out from my town for a full month). Total between 1500 and 2000 donuts.
