Squeaky Voiced Teen can be gotten from a mystery box. I don't recommend buying him.

Frink and Moleman can be gotten from Homer Buddhas, which can be gotten from mystery box, but the odds of that are so low, I wouldn't worry about it.

For 120 donuts, Otto's a good buy. Or Akira (Happy Sumo) now. Or Moleman+Bee Man would get you 2 premium characters.
