Missing money and password problems
Have you noticed any changes to your town like new decorations, higher xp or missing donuts? Any chance a family member or friend went into your game? If nothing like this then you should probably contact ea.
As far as the forum is concerned, is it only on one device you can't login? I had an issue with my old iPad where I would enter my details and it would react like I've successfully signed in but I wasn't. I tried all suggestions I read on the web like making sure settings have accepted cookies, clearing cookies, history and data etc but nothing worked for me.. You could give it a go though.
