Visiting my town and there's nothing to tap

Unfortunately, with the Clash of Clones update going, the brown houses can't be tapped for money... just raided right now.

I forgot all about that. Well, I have an abundance of other buildings which are tappable. Thanks for the reminder and I look forward to this event ending.

I've been clearing my higher dollar properties for cash, and leaving the lower income properties/graffiti for friends to tap. I figure that the higher dollar value properties don't matter to them as much as it matters to me

I had read somewhere on here that the payout is larger when you clear a friend's tap. I just tested that with a Krusty Burger and Kwik E Mart and both did pay higher when I cleared a friend's tap vs. no friend tap.

Thanks for sharing that information. I wonder how the odds work when a building sits there, untapped for most of the day and giving no money, vs. waiting for someone to tap it for the extra bonus income you mentioned. It seems that net opportunity and loss would factor into the scenario.

I clear my town fairly often so they don't sit idle too long.

If someone gets to them before I do, cool. If not, no biggie.
