Non-stop Trick or Treat quest?

It sounds like it might be a stuck quest, but I can't tell from what you've said. What pops up when you tap it in the taskbook? Do you have a screenshot?

its like a neverending quest, once you finish it you just get the same quest, but i think its supposed to be that way to encourage/remind players they can get goodiebags from the kids quests

it's a never ending task, DONT RUSH IT unless first time to get more stuff to show up in the crafting menu!!!!

nah it's neverending. keeps reappearing everytime you finish it
