Yes, happened to me but as already mentioned, you end up using all your ammo. So eventually it tells you you're all out but unfortunately if you still have to do your daily 3 clicks it will still keep popping up that you're out of ammo. Go back to the friends list screen (not sure what you call that screen but I assume you know what I mean) and then click back into the town and then you can actually make your clicks again.
