Lol yes when she was a singer (God help us) people would often compare her to a beaver (bit mean!) She's definitely got prettier with age though!

That new avatar is pretty cool. You should definitely go with it. It reminds me of those sweet high school laser cat yearbook photos.

But seriously, your current one looks more like Rose than the other one in my opinion.

I myself, like the newer one and have no explanation why.

The new one you posted is gorgeous, but I think you'd have some problems with that picture at avatar size.

Without taking a good look at it, I didn't see how beautiful she is. (Wow.) There's not much contrast on the top right part of it. (Pause to try to figure out how to clarify this ...) Her hair blends in to the background in that area, and in a smaller version of that new picture (one that would fit in your avatar space) and at a quick glance as people scroll past it, it kind of looks like a head floating in space.

Or maybe it's my meds. That's probably it. My meds. :shock:

Plus, I love your current one. And I was definitely one of the people who thought your other avatar was David Bowie, mostly because I'd never seen Dr. Who, and I assumed it was a celebrity, and David Bowie was the only celebrity that I could think of. D'oh!

Just saying I hope it doesn't influence your decision. Certainly no one has actually been scared by your current or former avatar, so I hope you look past bad Badwolf jokes (I know I made one in the past) or GD rudeness and pick simply what you like. FWIW, I prefer your current one.

I like your current one. It does have a "don't mess with me" vibe but it's all good. Definitely not scary to me.
