I'm going to see how I progress but I am tempted by SVT.

Been holding out to try and get him in the mystery boxes- but those are not available for the event, plus I understand you can get 30 donuts to refund if you already have him from MBs.

If you don't have Kearney, I'd get him. He dresses as the Joker and he's reasonably priced.

i had SVT but i had to get Kearny because of this as he is only 60 donuts and if i can find donuts in 2 ufos during the whole event i will get my 60 donuts back

I picked up Sherri and Terri, who have 4 visual tasks. I passed on Kearney, as he only has one visual task. Jimbo was overpriced for only 2 visual tasks, IMO.

Yes, I bought Uter as I was going to anyway. I also picked up SVT and Kearney as I thought they were pretty good value, especially compared to Jimbo and Sherri/Terri.

Nope. I am only missing S&T, Uter and Jimbo so am holding out for Witch Marge - if she appears.

Got Kearney since 60 donuts was cheapest... Only missing S&T, Jimbo & Witch Marge. We'll see how things progress next week but S&T are tempting for completing my Halloween theme spending fest; my brown house farm has now become Halloweenland

I purchased two and wasn't best pleased to find out they all take 16 hours to finish their trick to treating. I don't think I'm going to be hitting the targets.

I bought Jimbo and Kearny. It takes a lot of time to collect bags, but after event they will provide nice amount of cash. So I think it's worth it.

And they are nice to have in Springfield. Cool characters imo.

Hmmm!

Yes, if you would later win SVT in a mystery box, then it will show the 30 donuts prize instead. Since he is by far the most affordable premium character, I would recommend adding him for this event. Also, there is a pretty decent chance you will win the 30 donuts within the next year, I would guess. I don't know of any daily players who did not win him within the first 18 months of playing.

I am probably going to end up purchasing Kearney, but I have not done so yet, or completely made up my mind. I am also strongly considering Uter, because I will probably purchase him eventually. But whomever posted that Kearney's out fit is the Joker, thank you!! That is a good fact to know, and actually swung the pendulum of choice in his direction, lol.

I do have SVT and Shauna currently, along with all the other freemium kids, and Witch Marge. So I have 3 premium trick or treaters at the moment, but would like to add more. I wish I had purchased Devil Flanders skin last year, since he is not available again. I haven't seen it posted anywhere, but I would assume you can use him for trick or treating as well?? But I do have the Mayan Homer and he cannot trick or treat, so maybe not.

Does anyone know what the other character's out fits are? What is Sherri and Terri? Uter? Jimbo?

Lisa is a witch, for sure.
Martin is in a toga, well I thought at first, from the front, but from behind he looks like a fairy with wings?
Nelson is a hobo, or a scarecrow?
Ralph is a Canadian Royal Mounted Police, right?
Rod and Todd are clearly something biblical, Moses? Noah? Abraham? I don't know for sure.
Shauna is a she devil.
SVT is the Fonz?

I bought Uter and was disappointed his task was 16 hours. I was planning on getting him at some point anyway so no big loss. I surrounded his home with windmills and like the way it looks.

The only trick-or-treator/bag earner I was missing was Uter so I picked him up right away. I would have bought him eventually anyway so I don't mind the high price.

I went ahead and bought Kearney just now as well. I thought it was interesting how his initial story line brought up 2 separate dialogues and sets of quests. But I'll be putting those off until after the event is over. Hopefully that will keep any other unnecessary tasks from popping up until then.

As I mentioned earlier, I was swayed by his costume of the Joker, and I think it does look awesome!!
