Putting all of the other speculation on other sites aside, I'm pretty confident they will bring her back. They updated the code so her trick-or-treat task earns bags just like the kids, which wouldn't seem worth the effort if they weren't going to re-release her again this year.

I got Vampire Burns today - he just showed up as a new item for me at around 2 pm today. So it is possible that they may release more premium stuff before the next segment (I think he may have been written in to the mini update from yesterday).

I would love to have witch Marge too. So here's hoping!

I'm sure she'll come back later this event, but I doubt she'll be as cheap as she was last year (75 donuts, I believe). She has been demanded much too often for that...
