Treat bag probes not adding to probe count
I have missed probes from the grem-alien glitch you mention, but I have not had any trouble getting probes from either the treat bags or UFO shoot-downs. Those have all been successfully added to my count. Sorry to hear you're having issues. I'd open a ticket with EA if the problem continues.
