They just replaced the normal Krustyland visitors. They'll start generating tickets every 4 hours.

I am getting $7 each when I tap them - seems like more than when I tapped the people. Visiting regularly, buying land.

They seriously need to check the Rigellian's bags at the gate and some are wearing gang attire.
