How limited time are the new premium items?

Just FYI, the following are slated to be available up until 10/31 at 8am GMT:

Frog Prince
Freakmobile
King Snorky
Cauldron
House of Evil
Krusty Doll
Bad Dream House
Raven
Devil Flanders
Heck House

And like drosax said, the Gingerbread House is set to go away after this weekend (i.e., on 10/20 at 8am GMT)

I too would desperately like to know how one acquires the Raven.

My BDH didn't come with The Raven and it's nowhere to be found in the buy menu. I still hope I can get Devil Flanders in time before it's taken from the store.
