Update: case just got resolved through EA live chat. Would have taken less time if I wasn't so technologically retarted... didn't even know how to take a screenshot until this morning! :oops:
Guy I chatted with was very patient and helpful, and once I was able to provide him with the screeshots of the transaction the matter was quickly resolved. I even got 400 extra donuts! That covers all the Halloween stuff I was wanting to get in the first place so I'm more than happy right now.
