Who out there takes pride in their town?

Prev1345
Oh, there are some truly special towns in this place. Most of the regulars are all filled up with friends though. Do a search for the 'beautiful', 'favourite' and 'panoramic' Springfields for a taste.

Best thing is to lurk, interact, prune and add people as you go. I've been at my limit for ages but am constantly booting out lazy anonymous people and replacing them with regulars from the board. My neighbourhood is decidedly up market these days.

I've been trying to figure out how to piece together a nice full town photo to post on here but progress is slow.

Hopefully some people have a slot or two for an up and coming Springfield. (Level 20)

I only have 51 friends (LOL just added one). I like to keep my number around 50 for stability reasons and to add people if they strike my fancy on here through interactions. I'll add you but fair warning, I don't usually keep house farmers because they crash my game.

I almost never accept invites these days, though, because I do like to keep my number low.

My list needs a prune, and my town is starting to actually take shape. Have a nice strip mall, residential area, town hall (Jebediah Springfield statue down the walk from the doors), and have taken some time with doing something with the downs (probably the hardest to make work well, I found, simply because its so different from most buildings)

I try to, but I get bored and rearrange often. Right now I'm in the middle of a complete rehaul and my town is a complete mess!

I try to keep mine looking good.. And little things I try to take from the show but realistically that won't work out but king toots is next to Moes lol and I never understood why people need to house farm.. I seem to have more than enough money putting my guys on 4 hour jobs and collecting income taxes. Either way I sent you an invite :)

Greetings n salutations. 2nd post... Anywho!

I believe that my town is beautiful! I have spent a lot of time n $ on my Springfield (I've literally spent a many a few hrs planning my future Springfield staring @ the screen in my head many times over). I admit to a few brown house farms. They generally change consistently as I build n form my city. They are generally on the outskirts of my town as well [Unfortunately, my Muntz's house is trapped by one of these farms, just waiting for the trees to grow back so I can focus on colouration/ tree type (+ coin farming is great!)].

I would like to make friends with people who 'sadly :P ' play the game as much as I do! People that have this Thing for this game. Ones that appreciate the whole nature of the Simpsons. Always willing to accept 'friends' that love this game!

As far as annoyances may go, why do people choose not to participate with the season? ( to each their own, of course! Just don't get it).

    Cheers!

I'm quite ocd about my town. I wouldn't just plonk anything in any old place. It needs to look good, and be decorated and functional.

I use rivers and trees to make my town look like it's above an underground waterway and foresty.

    FUN TIMES.

I try to make my town look as nice as possible, but as it keeps crashing on me ive had to reduce the amount of trees etc i have to try and keep it from crashing all the time, which inturn doesnt make it very decorative :( But i do like to try and have everything in it own little place :) Personally i think my town is getting there :) although i am in a very slow process of a total redesign.

Any of my friends out there if you log in one day and find hardly anything goin on you know why lol
it wont be a blank screen dont worry lmao i'll still have things going on lol

I like my Springfield. It's not perfect, it's not the best but it's mine and I love moving stuff around and playing with different design ideas. Once I have all the buildings I intend to buy some more land, lose my extra brown houses (not a farm, but to help people collect coins) and spread out my residential area some. It's a bit cramped at the moment and I don't like that.

I completely agree with Sonny (who also has an awesome town of his own!). And, not to brag, but my Springfield is pretty well groomed ;o) so let's be friends. I'm getting close to my limit but I need to get rid of some of the messes.

I'm glad there are others out there like me! If you've requested me I've just finished accepting the request I had, I look forward to exploring new towns!

Nice town, Adam. I was worried that your forest would crash my game but so far so good.

I'm digging what you did with the Simpsons house, nicest set-up I've seen so far.

Thank you very much, just trying to keep Springfield fresh.

I really like your Springfield Downs setup, quite beautiful.

I'm willing to drop friends with less creative towns for those displaying more creativity. If you add me you'll find some fun things to look at.

I love my Springfield. I plan out where my next building will go while saving for it and rearrange my town accordingly while I am saving for it. There's a couple of things right now (-cough-moesmapplestore-cough-) a little out of place but I'm working on where to move everything.

Feel free to add me to take a look. I've got some slots left.

I just sent you a request Adam. I've put a lot of item into my Springfield and so far it's looking pretty good I would say. I don't have a lot of premium stuff, just a few things but hopefully after Christmas that will change. But let me know what you think!

Just accepted, I really like your strip mall/ parking lot configuration. I also have a similar idea I'm planning for my penitentiary. Thanks for the add.

Thank you. I really liked your tree and cemetery area. I hope they come out with more stores soon so I can rearrange and make another strip mall area down the line. I also just bought the land below the penitentiary so I can expand it out more.
