I like my Springfield. You may not but who cares. I sure as f don't care. Do you know me? I just imagine all of those who complain about the orininallity of other's Springfields, how house farms are bad, why can't you drive a car through a drive thru, are just as obnoxious as the comic book guy in the show. Worst fans ever. Take enjoyment in your own life and enjoy what others have to offer to your's. I have to much pride in my own life to give a f about you. Judge how ever you'd like and run people out of this forum. Uppity f's ruin the world with their attitudes of superiority, give the world a break. The holidays are a time of giving so why don't you give the world a break and enjoy your own life. You can delete any Springfield you want so you never have to see them again.
Pride: I love and respect what I've done with my Springfield. I could give a f less if you like it or not. That's pride.
Sorry I already have 100 friends so please don't friend me.

Wow, tell us how you really feel. Somebody needs a latte, lol.
Maybe your foul-mouthed rant would have been more appropriate in one of the threads actually complaining about "ugly" towns rather than in this thread, which is merely seeking to connect with people who like the way their town looks?
Adam
F is not a bad word, it's as a letter after E and before G.. So I guess you are part comic book guy and part lovejoy. I don't care about who judges me for what kind of town I create, I think it's awesome. Maybe call me an advocate for others who don't appreciate the smug attitude of your so called people with "pride".
How was my writing immature? Obviously you got offended and sorry you felt the need to try to belittle me. The lengthy response was only to help you ignorant people to try to understand the others you may think have different beliefs as the so called "proud". Some immature rhetoric Adam? You almost got me but I'm going to remain happy and acceptant of your f'd up beliefs.
In the spirit of the season: judge your own Springfield and make your friends as you wish. Lump of coal for you.

It's quite humorous that you act as if everyone here does not realize what you're doing with your "f"s. No one asked your opinion on our stance when it comes to Springfield design. This is a thread I created for those who have labored to make their Springfield the best they can possibly be. This is a place to build one another up an not to attempt to tear each other down. You're on the wrong thread. Your trolling is amusing but I'd be much obliged if you could take your circus act somewhere else.
Sorry I don't reply to these threads often. I come here to find out info on what's going on in the game. I read what's new and respond when I feel necessary. The beauty of a thread is you get other people's responses. You say the beauty about this forum is to build people up but with a thread like "who out there takes pride in their town?", who does that build up, the elite? I wouldn't let you in my circle because we don't have a home owners association. I get sick of the negative undertones of what could be a good forum. I bet I have more premium items than you have Adam!? You want to talk about pride and then you want to talk about the holidays.
I did not write blah- what ever. Now really, to make up some stuff, y'all got some issues.
I just love the game and appreciate it for what it is
Y'all bloggers are crazy

You lack reading comprehension I said "This thread is intended to build up each other". If the thread bothers you so much I encourage you to leve it for good.

I can read, spell and I comprehend everything you're writing. Sorry you got your chops busted. Maybe you should just "leve". I guess your idea is to build people up is by challenging their pride or their choice of words, or a Springfield that meets your own standards of "pride."
Big changes happening in my town exciting * just bought a ton of acreage and now I can begin the urban sprawl....spent 800k today.....still waiting on the damn dr it's been weeks and I play all day well been workin lately but I try!!,!
I like my town too , although it looked better without the snow , I rearranged it with the xmas update, and added a few houses, but once i will see the grass again, i will see if it looks good ! I started, playing with no friends, and bought donuts, the first friend i added was peter geenen who has a nice town , but i see a lot of my friends who are level 24 and where are even no streets , so not nice to see. Then I have some problems to find a wright spot for the aztec theater, the building is so different from the others that i am moving it always around, its like a moving drive -in at this moment.
I havent bought all the land, so now i am saving up, i have some spots open for new buildings, the only things I wanna buy are trees, or fences and hedges after the snow is gone . Hope this will be soon, because ...... I REALLY HATE SNOW ( also in real life)
I like my town, I think it's one of the better looking towns I've seen out of everyone on my friend list. Not sure if others feel the same but that's ok.
I like my Springfield. I don't know if I'd call it beautiful (beauty is in the eye of the beholder) but I wouldn't call it boring. I'm constantly adding details and moving things around - sometimes to expand, sometimes just for fun. I like to include funny Easter-eggs, like positioning Kearny to look like he's trying to kick over a newspaper dispenser, or placing traffic cones around Barney when he's passed out in the gutter (someone could trip!) It amuses me, and my friends too, I hope. At level 24, there's not much else to do between quests and updates - might as well be entertaining.
ETA: I only have 15 open friend slots, so please don't add me if your town is just a bunch of buildings stacked on top of each other. I'm fine with house farms when they're incorporated into the town's design (Levittowns exist) but I've got no room on my list for **** Springfields. Points for effort, yes?
I'll readily admit I had a sizable blue house farm, which I had extended on to the eastern part of the map; it allowed me a steady stream of cash to decorate and design the rest of my town. I'm at a point now where I've taken the farm down, and I'm pretty pleased with where I'm at right now. The east is still a little barren, but hey, room to grow.
I think what I like the most right now is what I've done with the roads; I've replaced most of it with pavement, and used road sections as "people magnets", which causes the characters to walk about in strange manners. I also use water a lot in my town.

Your Springfield has the most unique layout I've ever seen. Kent, Moe and the reindeer sharing an island made me LOL. I assume the phone booth is there so they can order out for pizza?
I just re hauled my town, but its not as nice as I wish it could look. Hopefully as I level more I can redo it over and over to make it nicer... Feel free to add me

Pride is seen as evil to those who have none.
