Can't start One Small Bounce.. Part 2

I'm stuck on "The Girl Who Cried Wolfcastle Pt. 1". Nothing has happened since Willie was in the moonbounce for 4 hours. Every character is free right now, and I even tried putting the moonbounce in storage and placing it again.

Who triggers that mission? Maybe I need to put them in storage.

I'm having the same problem.
Willie is locked out. I have gretta. I've tried storing it.

Can anyone help?

Greta doesn't affect it it's triggered after completing Mrs. Muntz Storyline you can only send Willie to do it once

Ditto. I sent Willie and now his task at the moonbounce is greyed out saying i need to complete part 2. Wasn't part 2 sending him? Am i missing something?

See, that's weird because I had the same problem before this latest update but now I can send the kids there...strange!

Same problem here can send kids but quest is locked.

This moonbounce thing is completely pointless. I just didn't get it and chucked it back in storage!
