So it's nothing new? That's weird then... i had Mel free for the past couple weeks and he never had any quest until this morning. Didn't complete anything either as Halloween is the only quests i havent finished yet.

I had both of them free at the same time for the past few weeks and the quest appeared in my main town and my secondary town this morning.

No idea how that happened...
