Can't clear completed task

If he is in the task list on the left of your screen, click him - it may allow you to complete the task this way (although I think Matt Groening initiated it, so look for his icon if Homer isn't there). Hope that helps!

Thanks Sue. I go the the left and that's where it says he's completed, but when I go over to him there's no way to clear him.

Hmmmm. If it's not letting you complete the task that way then I'm stumped! The glitch I am thinking about lets you complete the task once you press on the icon for the task... I'm sorry it didn't help - that's all I can think of.

On second thought, have you tried exiting your game/completely logging out and closing it, then opening it and logging back in? That's the only other thing I got.


If this doesn't do it, Hopefully someone with another idea will see this soon and be able to help fix your problem!

I've done the log in/out, unistall/reinstall. The latest chat support guy says this is a known issue but I don't know if I believe him.

If it's a known issue then that means that others have reported it, so hopefully they are working on a way to fix it.

No he's running around looking for menus.

I've had moe's clockwork quest there since we got the skin. It tells me to find his clothing even though I already have the skin.

Ok this was weird. So even though when I tapped the icon on the left that said completed and it took me to Homer, the thumbs up ended up being on the restaurant that came with Uter. Homer wasn't even in it. That was very weird, but at least I'm done with it! Thank you for trying to help me!
