Brandon's right! Exercising or just simply going for a nice stroll is a great way to release endorphins!
And as for the relationship stuff, he's right. You will one day look back on it and see that you learned a great deal from it - whether it be about yourself, other people or just life in general.
I'm sure right now, though, it's hard to look that far ahead. Just try to stay positive and focus on the things that make you happy.
You know how when some people get sad they go to a bar and just drink their sadness away. I just came to a realization tonight that TSTO is exactly that to me.
My gf broke up with me tonight out of nowhere so I've been feeling down and TSTO has helped taking my mind off it. And then I had a huge urge to just buy a ton of donuts to get my mood up again but then I realized there's nothing premium left to buy. I have it all. So I'm hoping EA releases something new very soon.
Whereas most people would just go to a bar to get their minds off things, I guess I have a "healthier" way to cope with things. Haha.
